Re-activate your online access
This is only required if you have been locked out of your account online and have been issued with a new security code.
Completing the re-activation process
Step 1: The following information will be required before commencing the re-activation process

Log in to the Intelligent Finance website. Please do not use any links or search engine tools, simply type www.if.com into your browser.
Select re-activation. (This is located underneath the re-activation instructions)
Please ensure your surname and postcode match the name and address details shown on your security code letter. i.e. upper and lower casing.
Step 3: Setting security details
Now select your new online password using the guidelines provided below.
We’ll also ask you to create new memorable information. This can be any group of words you will remember, for example a short sentence, greeting or catchphrase. In future we will ask you for three random characters from this information when you log on to your account.
