Register for online credit card servicing

To access the online credit card service for the first time, you need to register your log in details. Just follow these simple steps.

Step 1: authenticate

We'll ask you to enter your credit card number and a few personal details; this will enable us to authenticate your request before providing you with an internet ID and password.

Step 2: security details

Firstly, we'll ask you for your preferred email address for us to use. Then we'll ask you to choose a security question and provide an answer - which must be between 2 and 40 characters in length. We'll also ask you to choose a memorable word of between 6 and 10 characters in length and to provide a hint for yourself, in case you find your word difficult to remember later. These details should only be known by you.

Step 3: logon credentials

Now we'll ask you to set your own internet ID and password. Your internet ID must contain only the letters A-Z (or lower case a-z ), or the numbers 0 to 9 and it must be between 6 and 13 characters in length. Additionally, it must contain at least 4 distinct characters and no more than 2 consecutive identical characters.

Exactly the same rules apply to your password but with one addition; it must contain at least 1 number and 1 character and it must differ from your internet ID.
