How to apply for an Intelligent Finance Mortgage

If you're already an Intelligent Finance Savings or Current Account customer, you can simply log in to your online plan and select "Enhance Plan" – or call us on 0845 609 4343 ¹.

If you're new to the Intelligent Finance plan, Intelligent Finance Mortgages are available exclusively through your local Professional Adviser.

Your Professional Adviser will be able to answer any questions you may have about our products or offsetting and will make the application on your behalf. They will also be able to apply for an Intelligent Finance Savings or Current Account jar as part of your application, to ensure you maximise the offsetting benefit.

Don't forget that to be able to benefit from offsetting, you'll need to ask your Professional Adviser to apply for an Intelligent Finance offset Current Account or Savings Account on your behalf too.

How to find a local Professional Adviser

You can find a local Professional Adviser by calling IFA Promotion Ltd on 0800 0853 250 ². They will send you a list of Professional Advisers in your local area. Or you can visit their website and search online at www.unbiased.co.uk.

What should I check before I purchase a mortgage?

Make sure you only take mortgage advice from an FSA-registered Professional Adviser. You can find out more about the FSA register and check that your Professional Adviser is listed on it by visiting the FSA website.
