The interest rate on your mortgage stays fixed for a set period, so no matter what happens to the Bank of England base rate, you know your interest rate will be the same each month during the fixed rate period.

Offset Fixed Rate Mortgage

With our offset fixed rate mortgage, you can choose to offset your Intelligent Finance savings and/or current account.
