The European Code of Conduct
Intelligent Finance follows the European Code of Conduct
This is a voluntary initiative for mortgage lenders. It is co-ordinated by consumer bodies and officials at the European Commission. The code concentrates on the amount and quality of information you should receive before you commit yourself.
